How to Use
Soothes Sore Muscles
Pepsom Sports and Pepsom Salt can be used to soothe soreness and stiff joints from overexertion of sports and daily life, as a spa bath, and to aid in rapid recovery of sprains, strains and bruises.
Dissolve 2 cups of Pepsom Sports or Pepsom Salt into a warm bath and soak for 15-30 minutes.
Soften and Exfoliate Skin
Pepsom Salt softens skin with our natural emollients, bringing a light silkiness to your soaking experience.
Pour 2 cups into a warm bath and soak for 15-30 minutes. For an increased exfoliation effect,
take a handful while in the bath and rub onto the skin in a circular motion.
Healing Compress
Use Pepsom Sports and Pepsom Salt for concentrated relief of soreness by applying as a compress. Perfect for strains, sprains and bruises.
Add 2 cups to 1 gallon of warm water and soak a hand towel in the mixture. Wrap the towel around the affected area and leave on the skin for 20-30 minutes. Repeat throughout the day as necessary.
Relaxing Spa Bath
Pepsom Salt brings a refreshing new rejuvenation as a spa bath in the comfort of your own home.
Simply dissolve 2 cups into a very warm bath tub and relax into the world of tranquility and bliss.
Soothe Insect Bites and Stings
Relieve the itchiness and take the sting out of insect bites, bee stings and skin irritations.
Dissolve 2 cups of Pepsom Salt into 2 cups of hot water and make a compress. Apply as a wet dressing with towel over the affected area to bring soothing comfort.
Alternatively, take a small amount of Pepsom Salt and mix in a small amount of water to make a paste. Leave on the affected area until desired relief is obtained, then wash off.
Calms Stress and Tension
Soaking in a Pepsom Sports and Pepsom Salt bath helps to calm stress and tension associated with everyday life.
Dissolve 2 cups into a warm bath and soak for 15-30 minutes.
Removal of Splinters
For easier removal of splinters, simply dissolve 2 cups of Pepsom Salt into 2 cups of hot water and
make a compress, applying as a wet dressing with towel to help draw out the splinter.
Refreshing Foot Bath
Pepsom Salt soothes foot soreness and soften feet with natural "mint" emollients.
Dissolve 1-2 cups into a small basin or foot bath. Soak for 15-20 minutes.
Removal of Blackheads
Mix 1 teaspoon Pepsom Salt, 3 drops of iodine and a 1/2 cup of boiling water. Let the mixture cool slightly until it is okay to touch.
Dip a Q-tip in the solution and apply to the offending blackhead.
Repeat a few times as necessary although reheating the solution may be required.
Gently remove the blackhead and cleanse the area with an astringent.
Manicure and Pedicure Soak
Create your own salon-quality mani or pedi by soaking and softening your hands and feet in minty freshness.
Soak in a pan or shallow tub (such as a foot tub for feet) filled with very warm water and 1 cup of Pepsom Salt for 5-15 minutes.
